Hey all!
I’m taking the SAT II World History in June and I cannot seem to find any practice questions online besides those 10 given on the collegeboard website. Does anyone know of any other practice questions available online or any other helpful resources online? Thanks so much!

just4ivaylo asked:

With my freshman year ending on Wednesday, I’m guessing that my grade in history will stay at an A.

I’m taking AP World sophmore year, and I’m just wondering how hard it’s going to be. Any tips?

Also, what’s the point of taking AP classes? Will colleges like University of Washington accept the credits from them?

If you were writing a world history book, why would it be important to include the perspective of the Kalahari?

if you were writing a history book of the world, why would it be important to include the perspective of the Kalahari Bushmen?

This is one question I’m stumped on, can someone please help explain why it would be important to include the perspective of the Kalahari Bushmen, other than “hearing all sides of the story” reason, which I’ve written down.

Please help, sorry this is so drawn out!

My knowledge of world history needs work, where to start?

jay s asked:

At my last job, my co-worker had a broad knowledge of world history and facts. Discussions on various topics was normal while going through a day of work.

I am ashamed to admit, but about 80% of the things he would discuss (World Wars, the history of particular places and people, general knowledge etc..) I couldn’t even include myself in a discussion, purely because I didn’t know any sort of facts.

In high school (A long time ago; I’m 27 now) I only had one class regarding history, which was “Australian Studies” (I’m from Australia). My co-worker often asked me why I didn’t study world history at all.

I know it’s a broad topic, but where would you start if you were keen learn and read about history? Your own country? Another country? Religion and history?

Will Sarah Palin take some world history and Government course in her free time before 2012?

mr_cj_jr asked:

Perhaps in between planning Bristol’s shotgun wedding/baby shower, she could take some courses in World History & Government before she decides to run in 2012.

That way she could answer those ‘gotcha’ questions the media throws out at her.

Thoughts?
